Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oat flour, about 1 cup rolled oats, blended

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 scoops of protein powder of your choice

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • pinch of salt

  • pinch of cinnamon

  • butter, for cooking

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until fully combined.
  • Melt a little butter in a medium frying pan on medium to low heat.
  • Once the butter is melted put a dollop (about 1 tablespoon) of mixture for each pancake into the pan and cook. leaving gaps in-between each one.
  • Cook each pancake for about 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to form and the underside is golden. Flip and cook for a further minute or until all the mixture is cooked through.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
