juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

Directions
- Place spinach, kale, cucumber, avocado, banana, pineapple and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add coconut water or almond milk and lemon or lime juice and blend again.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more liquid. If the smoothie is too thin, add more fruits or ice cubes.
