Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds

  • 1/4 cup raw buckwheat

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1/3 cup nuts of choice

  • 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin and sunflower)

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • 3 fresh dates, seeds removed and chopped

  • good pinch of salt flakes

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1/4 cup organic maple syrup

Directions

  • Pre heat oven to 160 degrees fan-forced and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well until all combined.
  • Spread the mixture out onto your prepared tray. Bake until golden brown, about 25-20 minutes. Stir the granola halfway through cooking time. this helps that it all browns evenly.
  • Once cooked, allow to cool. The granola will crisp up once cooled.
