Collagen peanut butter
Honey
Vanilla Extract
Almonds
Rice cake
Dark chocolate or chocolate of choice
Coconut oil

Collagen Peanut Butter Crunch Balls

1/2 cup super-collagen peanut butter, I used Mayvers Food Brand
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup almonds, roughly chopped
1 rice cake, crushed into bits
Chocolate of your choice, melted
1 teaspoon coconut oil

Directions
- Place peanut butter, honey and vanilla into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Add in the almonds and crushed up rice cakes and mix.
- Using your hands roll into balls. Place them into the freezer while you prep the chocolate.
- Melt the and coconut oil in a bowl. I normally do it in 30 seconds at a time in the microwave, until melted.
- Dip the balls into the chocolate and then sprinkle with some Himalayan salt. Place back into the freezer to set. Once set you can keep them in the fridge.
