Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates

  • Nut butter or choice, I used peanut butter (roughly 3 tablespoons)

  • 100g dark chocolate

  • sea salt flakes

Directions

  • Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit. Gently press the sides to form a heart shape.
  • Spoon a small amount of peanut butter/nut butter into the center of each date.
  • Using a fork, dip each stuffed date into the melted dark chocolate, coating it evenly. Let any excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place the chocolate-coated dates on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
  • Let the dates set in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Enjoy!
