  6. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared pan — really press it down well (you can use a spatula or the bottom of a glass with baking paper).
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until lightly golden around the edges.
  8. Let it cool completely in the tin — this is key for setting. Then slice into bars.
