Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts, roasted and skin removed

  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder

  • 8-10 medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup oat flour

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • pinch salt

  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

  • crushed peanuts for coating

Directions

  • Reserve 10-12 whole hazelnuts for the center of the balls. Blend the remaining hazelnuts in a food processor until they form a fine crumb.
