- Toss the diced sweet potato with olive oil, salt, and cinnamon. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, at 200 degrees. Shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a pan over medium/high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in tomato paste and Mingle Taco Seasoning. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey with chili flakes for 1–2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let it infuse.
